Please review our refund policy carefully before requesting a refund.

General Refund Policy

At ChikuNodes, we strive to provide the best service possible. However, we understand that there may be situations where a refund is requested. We do not offer refunds by default. However, if there is a problem due to technical fault from our side, you may be eligible for a refund with service termination.

Natural Disasters & Weather Conditions

We are not responsible for service disruptions caused by natural disasters or severe weather conditions (such as floods, earthquakes, storms, or similar events). In such cases, refunds will not be provided.

Non-Refundable Services

Services such as domain registrations, custom configurations, dedicated servers, or one-time setup fees are strictly non-refundable.

Violations of Terms

If your account or service has been suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service (e.g. abuse, DDoS attacks, illegal activities), you are completely ineligible for a refund.

5.

Refund Process & Payment Method

To request a refund, please contact our support team via ticket with your order details and reason for the request. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase or as account credit. We cannot process refunds to alternative external payment methods.
